Evolve Estates, part of commercial property and investment collective M Core, is set to welcome a brand-new JD Sports store at its Grosvenor Centre in Northampton next year.
Leading sports retailer, JD Sports, has signed a 10-year lease for a substantial 14,000 sq ft unit, occupying units 29-35 along Newland Walk.
The new store, which will be located in the former NEXT unit, is currently undergoing a major refurbishment. This follows the recent news that brands such as H&M, Nipa’s Hair & Beauty, and Bewiched will also be joining the scheme. Additionally, HMV has renewed its lease for another three years, demonstrating the continued success of the retail destination.
