Located on Kurfürstendamm, in the centre of the city, the Tommy Hilfiger Berlin flagship store has undergone an extensive refurbishment and expansion to include a Tommy’s Coffee and will even include a 40-seat cinema in the near future.

Enforcing Tommy Hilfiger’s approach to sustainability, has resulted in extensive use of EcoVero viscose, recycled polyester and Lyocell fabrics in the fixtures and fittings, while retaining the essence of the brand with the use of wood accents, minimalist white lacquered details and polished steel elements that reflect a maritime lifestyle theme. The floor is a soft oak to add warmth.

Tommy Hilfiger’s iconic corporate colours are reflected in various features such as custom-made carpets with TH jacquard and chevron. Digital elements include flat screen displays communicating special brand content and providing a link to the online world of Tommy Hilfiger.

rpa:group’s Interior Architects undertook the full detailed design pack, which include various construction details and photo realistic renders to provide clarity on the delivery of the store.

The Berlin store opened at the end of June and is only one of a few that features the brand’s  new flagship concept, which has previously launched in Paris.
