A brand new GO Outdoors megastore opened on Thursday 10th September in Stoke. The new store has undergone large investment following 10 successful years of trading in the city.
GO Outdoors Stoke has been part of the community for a decade and employs around 30 people, some of whom have been with the company many years and bring with them a wealth of outdoor activity and equipment knowledge.
The newly opened store, with free and easy parking will be the go-to destination in Stoke for outdoor enthusiasts, stocking everything from the latest tents and camping equipment, to waterproof jackets, walking boots, rucksacks and more. Also launching within the store will be a brand new Fishing department, Fishing Republic.
With over 60 stores, GO Outdoors have recently seen sales increasing, following the recovery from the Covid 19 outbreak as people flock to the outdoors for safe and family friendly activities, bucking the gloomier trend of retail news recently.
This 24,000 square foot store stocks a variety of unbeatable brands, such as Rab, OEX and Berghaus, as well as trusted brands like Eurohike, HiGear and Freedom Trail.
With new fixtures, fittings and signage, the new refurbished store will have a much brighter, cleaner and modern feel to it with the brand new GO Outdoors branding following the nationwide launch of their ‘unbeatable’ campaign earlier this year. The store will also offer customers a convenient collection and drop off point for parcels from Amazon and DPD. Customers can also order goods online and collect in the Stoke GO Outdoors store for their convenience.
