Situated in the heart of historic Suzhou, this groundbreaking development marks a new era in lifestyle-led retail, blending the city’s ancient architecture with a world-class portfolio of international niche artisanal brands* for an immersive shopping experience and brand discovery.

A Global Stage For A Chinese Audience
Moving away from traditional department store models, Boundless Matro Boutique Village serves as an immersive cultural shopping experience for globally-sourced treasures seamlessly blending physical and digital retail. The village features dedicated international pavilions, including the UK, Italy, Japan, and Australia, all offering a curated selection of niche brands and products to provide visitors with a cross-cultural lifestyle and shopping experience.
The grand opening also marks the launch of the Boundless Matro Live Streaming Alliance. With a dedicated International Live Streaming Space Station, the platform empowers a new generation of creators to connect global brands with Chinese consumers in real-time, removing traditional barriers to entry for international labels.

Heritage Meets Innovation
Located adjacent to the UNESCO-listed Humble Administrator’s Garden, one of the city’s most vibrant tourist districts, Boundless Matro Boutique Village is a masterclass in urban regeneration. The site comprises 22 meticulously-restored, red-brick warehouses dating back to the 1950s. Spanning 25,000 square metres, the project preserves traditional Suzhou aesthetics, blue bricks, black tiles, and elegant courtyards, while housing cutting-edge international fashion and design. This unique setting has already earned the site status as a National AAA Tourist Attraction and a National Demonstration Site for Urban Renewal.

A Taste Of The World
Complementing the retail offering is a diverse “World Kitchen”, where visitors can experience Michelin-starred Japanese cuisine by Chef Noriyoshi Nomura and Japan’s Snow Peak Coffee, authentic Mediterranean flavours from Mercata Meditereno, Italian Fruttini Gelato, local flavours from the Suzhou Garden Restaurant and Snack Market, and artisan coffee from Australia’s Stitch Coffee amongst other brands.
