On the 1st of May, sustainable Danish jewellery brand KINRADEN opened its first standalone store in the vibrant neighbourhood of Møntergade in Copenhagen. The concept store will not only be a place for jewellery discovery but also the embodiment of the entire KINRADEN universe. This will be a dynamic space that offers a world of creativity and curiosity, regularly hosting events with the local artistic community, to elevate both the brand and those who interact with it across industries.

“It’s a dream come true to be able to invite our customers directly into our universe and to finally have a large dedicated space to showcase everything KINRADEN has to offer from collections to installations, styling to community-led events,” says KINRADEN’s founder, Sarah Emilie Müllertz.

KINRADEN’s new store, designed in collaboration with Danish interior designers Archival Studios, will stand as a gathering space welcoming all those who share their passion for beautiful design, architecture, and art. These disciplines will all naturally weave into the store’s atmosphere, and guests can expect to discover like-minded local artists and designers through projects that celebrate the creative spirit.

Indeed, the founder, Sarah, is dedicated to supporting emerging artists by partnering with galleries and cultural institutions to provide a platform for them to showcase their work and connect with others in Copenhagen’s art scene. KINRADEN will collaborate with renowned Art Advisor Caroline Bøge, the owner of 2112, to exhibit works by Danish contemporary artists, such as Gun Gordillo.

CEO of KINRADEN, Christina Neustrup, states: “In a time where online shopping has become the norm, it was crucial for us, with our physical store, to offer an in-person experience – to create a destination that people want to enjoy first-hand. An opportunity to experience KINRADEN’s jewellery in inspiring surroundings, combined with clear and competent advice for our customers as well as a place where they will embrace further arts and culture.”

With the opening of the store, KINRADEN not only celebrates a milestone in the company’s journey but also its 10th anniversary. The event will honour a decade of passion, creativity, and dedication to a more sustainable industry.

To coincide with the opening of the Copenhagen flagship, KINRADEN will be launching two new designs: the Doric pendant and Electra choker necklace, both featuring recycled sterling silver and gold. Finally, at the launch, clients will also have an opportunity to acquire one of KINRADEN’s iconic gold pieces at the same price as it was 10 years ago.
