The plans will see FLANNELS stores open in Dublin, Cork and Blanchardstown, all offering the very best in luxury fashion, through a world-class shopping destination and vibrant in-store experience. FLANNELS Dublin is set to be the next flagship in the brand’s roll-out of trailblazing flagship stores. Opening in the landmark former Clerys Department store on O’Connell Street, it will be the first to open outside of the UK – demonstrating a key expansion for the next-generation luxury retailer. Originally constructed in 1853, Clerys was one of the world’s first purpose-built department stores, and is now set to become an exciting new mixed-use development as Clery’s Quarter. With its restored historic architecture and unique design, FLANNELS Dublin will become a one of a kind store experience bringing customers an unparalleled luxury offer like no-other.

David Epstein who is the Managing Director of Frasers and oversees the luxury and premium business said “Our ambitious plans mark a pivotal moment for the business, as we continue to expand and invest, we’re excited to enhance our presence throughout Europe and bring modern and engaging retail spaces to multiple locations in Ireland. As FLANNELS continues to disrupt and rethink retail, we’re excited to become the go-to luxury destination for a new audience and meet the ever-evolving demands of consumers, by providing an immersive retail experience.”

Building on the success of our new Frasers concept, this year will see the opening of multiple new Frasers stores in Newbridge and Cork. Both stores will open in sites that were once home to a Debenhams and will bring a consequential boost to the shopping centres they exist within. The Frasers concept, which has proven successful with the opening of Frasers Wolverhampton in 2021 and our significant renovations of Rushden Lakes, Derry and Belfast, will offer the best in beauty, fashion, and premium and contemporary accessories.
