The past year has seen retailers at Derbion invest over £5.87m into their stores to help enhance the customer experience. This takes total retailer investment at Derbion in new stores, refits and upsizes since 2021 to over £35m. This has taken place alongside Derbion’s extensive repositioning and growth strategy which is focused on right sizing the demands of its regional catchment with an improved fashion and branded offering, alongside more quality restaurant and leisure facilities.

To support with this strategy Derbion recently announced the appointment of CBRE to its leasing team to work alongside FHP as the shopping centre looks to optimise the offer from its current retailers whilst attracting exciting new brands to its diverse tenant mix.

This continued investment by both Derbion, and its retailers has helped it to attract more than 15m visitors a year as it continues to enhance its retail, leisure and F&B options to ensure it offers a full family day out and remains in the top 20 UK retail assets.
