Silverburn, the prime retail and leisure destination in Glasgow owned by Henderson Park and managed by Eurofund Group, is proud to welcome Sephora UK’s largest store in Scotland. The world’s leading prestige beauty retailer joins Silverburn’s lineup of global brands, including H Beauty, Zara and Stradivarius, further strengthening the centre’s position as Scotland’s leading integrated premium retail destination.

Silverburn, one of the UK’s top 20 shopping centres, is located in Glasgow and offers more than one million square feet of retail, grocery, and leisure space across 125 units. Sephora UK will open in Q3 2026 in an approximately 5,000squarefoot store.

In 2025, Silverburn delivered record footfall for the third consecutive year, attracting 16.5 million visits and achieving c.23% year-on-year sales growth. Since acquisition in 2022, Henderson Park and Eurofund Group have increased occupancy from 72% to c.95%  significantly enhancing the centre’s status as one of the UK’s flagship retail destinations. 

The new store will offer Sephora UK exclusives and selective brands, such as rhode, Haus Labs, Makeup by Mario, Merit Beauty, INNBeauty Project, Tower 28 and Half Magic.

Sarah Boyd, managing director of Sephora UK, said: “It has been three years since we opened our first UK store; from the very beginning we’ve been searching for the perfect locations for us to open in Scotland – and we are so happy to be coming to Glasgow’s Silverburn”.

Since launching its first store in London in 2022, Sephora UK has expanded to 12 locations nationwide, including Birmingham, Cardiff, Manchester and Newcastle.
