Savills France has recruited Marina Lavrov and Antoine Vandamme as co-heads of high street leasing. The move marks a major milestone in the expansion of the company’s retail department.
Marina and Antoine will join Savills France in September. Based in the Paris headquarters they will be responsible for developing the company’s city centre business in France. They will also liaise with Savills international teams to support the group’s cross-border advisory work.
Both have extensive knowledge of the retail sector. Marina Lavrov joins from CBRE where she was retail leasing director France for the past five years, having previously worked in tenant representation retail for seven years. For almost nine years, Antoine Vandamme was a partner in high street retail at Cushman & Wakefield. Previously, he was a senior consultant at Draco Partners.
Christian Nehmé, Head of Retail Services Investment & Lettings at Savills France, comments: “I am delighted to welcome Marina and Antoine to our retail team, marking a strategic investment in the future of our division. They will be working alongside Joëlle Yarhi, head of retail investment, and Nicolas Cahen, head of retail parks & shopping centres leasing.”
