Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd has opened the doors to its brand-new flagship experience store, in Westfield Stratford City. The store will be operated by Partner Retail Services (PRS&), the exclusive franchisee for Samsung Experience Stores in the UK.
The Samsung Experience Store is Samsung’s latest venture, providing a new playground for consumers to play, learn and find solutions. Measuring 480 m2, SES Stratford is the UK’s largest Samsung Experience Store, and will feature the widest range of Samsung mobile, tablet and wearable products currently available to buy.
Designed to give guests an immersive brand experience, SES Stratford’s customers can enjoy regular Galaxy Workshops and learn how to get the most out of their device. From learning how to create amazing video content to invaluable tips and tricks for capturing stunning shots, customers can discover the benefits of using a Galaxy device in group sessions and 1-2-1 tutorials.
The new store also offers a quick response repair service. All mobile, tablet and wearables repairs are completed on site, with the majority being completed on the same day, and guests can also receive expert technical advice on Samsung devices.
