The all-new Samsung Experience Store (SES) in Westfield London will be open seven days a week, featuring the widest range of Samsung mobile, tablet and wearable products currently available to buy.  This will be Samsung’s fourth experience store in London, operated by Partner Retail Services Limited (PRS&), the operator of the Samsung Experience Stores in the UK.

To mark the opening, Samsung Experience Stores will be celebrating with a series of exciting offers and experiences taking place exclusively in-store:

  • Ribbon cutting ceremony took place at 10am on 5th January to announce the store as officially open. Live DJ performance from 10 am onwards on 5th January and across the remainder of the weekend.
  • An exclusive limited-time opening offer was live, where customers got an extra 10% off selected devices between 5th and 8th January 2024.
  • On 5th January the first 50 customers who entered the store all received a free gift bag including a £50 voucher to redeem in-store on any purchase over £50.
  • On 6th January, the first 50 customers whose transaction value was over £100 were gifted an exclusive gift bag which included a free Samsung device up to the value of £349. (Devices available: Galaxy A53, Galaxy Buds FE, Galaxy SmartTag2 and Galaxy Watch6).
  • Selfie coffees were available from the 5th to the 7th January, offering shoppers a winter warmer. Customers could snap a selfie and watch as it prints onto a hot drink of their choice.
