AI-powered loyalty platform Antavo has announced major updates to its infrastructure and product offerings. The company revealed benchmark results confirming its position as the fastest platform in the loyalty category.
Antavo recently completed a large-scale performance benchmark of its mission-critical APIs. The platform is designed to sustain 500,000 requests per minute with an average response time of 30 milliseconds, compared to an industry average of 120,000.

This month, Antavo introduced native point redemption at checkout for Shopify merchants. Meaning customers will be able to apply loyalty points directly within the purchase flow, and additional upcoming features include multi-currency support, flexible opt-in options, and retroactive point claiming for past purchases. These updates allow growing brands to manage multiple stores and markets from a single workspace while ensuring real-time data accuracy across all channels.
Antavo’s platform now gives marketers the ability to run targeted promotions alongside their loyalty programme – combining audience, product, location, and loyalty status targeting without needing a separate promotional tool. A high-tier loyalty member can automatically receive a discount at checkout based on their status, creating a seamless and personalised shopping experience.
