Hobbs and Phase Eight have opened a 3,000 sq ft unit with a dual fascia at Caledonia Park, located centrally within the scheme next to premium brands such as POLO Ralph Lauren, kate spade new york, Radley London, and recent additions Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. The new store showcases a broad collection of classic and elegant womenswear that includes coats, jackets and knitwear, alongside shoes, bags, and accessories. Scotland, and Caledonia Park specifically, deliver so much potential and opportunity in terms of demographic and spend and we are excited to be part of a destination that is continuing to grow and evolve. We look forward to delivering Hobbs and Phase Eight’s timeless collections to a wider audience, just in time for the Christmas period.”
Maria Averkina, Asset and Development Manager at Railpen, also said: “The opening of Hobbs and Phase Eight further illustrates the growth that Caledonia Park has witnessed this year. It highlights the success of our investment and refurbishment in creating a space that attracts high-quality retailers. These new brands complement our varied mix of aspirational labels and provide that luxury element which we know consumers value, and we look forward to watching them thrive at Caledonia Park.”
Caledonia Park is set to continue on its positive leasing trajectory with a number of brands in advanced discussions to join the scheme next year.
