A platform for customer experience leaders from across the retail and ecommerce space to come together for two days of insights, discussions, and the benchmarking of new era of customer excellence.\n\nWhen the event launched a decade ago there were no self-service check-outs, QR codes were non-existent, and same-day delivery was unheard of. Fast-forward to today and 10% of all e-commerce spending is done via social commerce, retailers are second-guessing their returns policies, and there are grocery stores that have even started introducing “slow” shopping lanes for those customers who still seek human interaction along their shopping journey.
